Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead by example and coach pharmacy team to meet high standards.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and dispense practices.
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and resolve medication-related issues.
• Maintain inventory with focus on cold chain products and appropriate stock levels.
