You will promote best practices, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while managing immunizations, workflow, and inventory in a retail pharmacy setting.

You will partner with store leadership to maintain a safe, efficient operation, uphold CVS policies, and continuously improve patient outcomes through proactive engagement and training of technicians

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Oversee bench shifts and coaching to improve performance and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliant dispensing, workflow, and regulatory adherence across the store pharmacy.
