CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team in a CVS Health location. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate dispensing, immunization services, and regulatory compliance while guiding staff performance and onboarding.

The manager will oversee workflow, coaching, and collaboration with the store manager to maintain a strong talent pipeline and continuous improvement in patient care and operations.

Formación

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and effective management of the pharmacy team.
• Coach and support staff during bench shifts and ensure patient safety.
• Oversee prescription fulfillment and implement workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Deliver immunizations and train technicians and pharmacists for licensure and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Support inventory management with focus on cold chain protection.
