Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Lead by example and coach pharmacy team to deliver patient care
• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and drive immunization services
• Ensure compliance with state boards, CVS policies, and privacy requirements
• Manage pharmacy inventory and training of new technicians and pharmacists
