Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a pharmacy team within a CVS Retail location. You will oversee bench shifts, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and provide meaningful patient counseling while guiding the team through regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include onboarding new staff, promoting best practices, immunization delivery where permissible, and maintaining compliant pharmacy operations aligned with CVS policies and state laws.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License required in store location state.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of pharmacist experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient care.
• Coach and manage staff during bench shifts and ensure safe dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Provide meaningful patient counseling and support clinical services where allowed.
