Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state boards and CVS policies.
• Provide immunizations and counseling to patients.
• Oversee bench shifts and coach staff performance.
• Maintain inventory and protect cold chain integrity.
