Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Promote best practices and lead through change.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Coach and manage pharmacy staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inventory management and immunization services.
• Onboard new pharmacy staff and ensure licensure training.
