Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• 3 years hospital pharmacist experience required or 5 years of general pharmacist experience including 3 years of supervisory experience.
