Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ensure pharmacy operations comply with state and federal laws and CVS policies.
• Lead by example, coach team members, and deliver annual performance reviews.
• Provide patient counseling, immunizations where permissible, and collaborate with the broader healthcare team.
• Manage pharmacy inventory with focus on accuracy and cold chain protection.
