Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop the pharmacy team, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.

You will oversee bench shifts, drive performance improvements, and support immunization services, while maintaining inventory control and staff onboarding across the store. Strong leadership and a pharmacist license are required for success.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Oversee bench shifts and coaching to improve performance.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Deliver immunizations and coach technicians to learn immunization
• Manage inventory with focus on cold chain products and compliance with regulations
• Onboard new technicians and pharmacists; ensure licensure training is completed.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain a healthy talent pipeline across locations.
