Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care and counseling.
• Oversee bench shifts and ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
