Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Manager at a CVS Retail location to lead the pharmacy team in delivering safe, patient-centered care, immunizations, and accurate prescription fulfillment. You will coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with store leadership to maintain service excellence.

You will oversee onboarding, manage inventory, and drive quality patient experiences while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of patients with care and professionalism.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and immunizations.
• Coach and supervise pharmacy staff and onboarding of trainees.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain inventory and service levels.
• Deliver compassionate care and address insurance/medication issues.
