Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Pharmacy Manager at Genoa Healthcare in Murray, UT. This role oversees daily pharmacy operations, dispensing medications, and coaching staff while ensuring financial, clinical, and quality goals are met for our services and clinic partners.

The position requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, a current state license, and certification as an immunizer (or will obtain within 3 months). You will lead a collaborative team in a patient-centric care model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of employment.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as an expert to clinical staff and helps meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medications, adverse effects, and schedules.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws by the pharmacy and staff.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
