Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Attend to regular and predictable pharmacy operations with Nights and weekends as needed.
• Ensure accurate prescription information, labeling, and patient safety.
• Lead and coach pharmacy team to deliver clinical care and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and training of technicians and pharmacists.
• Maintain inventory controls and regulatory compliance.
