Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver patient‑centered care.
• Ensure safe and compliant prescription processing and immunization delivery.
• Coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and CVS policies.
• Provide thoughtful counseling and collaborate with the patient’s healthcare team.
