Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy team and oversee bench shifts while coaching staff.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following procedures.
• Provide compassionate patient counseling and immunization support.
• Maintain compliance with state boards and CVS policies.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain staffing and training.
