The position requires an active pharmacist license, NPI, and 1–2 years of pharmacist experience, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend barriers with regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy team during shifts and coach for performance.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following procedures.
• Provide compassionate patient care and resolve insurance or medication issues.
• Onboard new technicians and pharmacists; manage licensure training.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to maintain cross-trained talent and staffing.
• Lead Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists (where applicable) and conduct performance reviews.
