Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Monitor and ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing.
• Lead and develop pharmacy team with a focus on counseling and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and onboard newer staff to CVS workflow and licensure requirements.
• Maintain billing and inventory practices with attention to safety and cold chain handling.
