Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead and coach pharmacy team to ensure safe dispensing and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
• Develop and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for cross-trained colleagues.
