Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead by example and manage pharmacy team with coaching and feedback.
• Ensure patient safety in dispensing and labeling accuracy.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain talent pipeline and staffing.
