Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Oversee bench shifts, coach staff, and maintain high performance.
• Onboard new hires and manage licensure training and ongoing education.
• Provide pharmacist-delivered clinical care where permissible (e.g., immunizations, testing, prescribing).
• Maintain inventory control and protect cold chain products to ensure patient safety.
