Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information is accurate and patient safety is maintained.
• Provide customer service and collaborate with the pharmacy team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Use math to determine days supply, bottles, and dispensing quantities.
• Identify and resolve patient or staff issues.
• Be mobile, lift and move items as needed, and maintain safety.
