Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver patient counseling and immunization services where permissible.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff, manage scheduling and performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect cold chain products.
• Ensure adherence to CVS workflow and training requirements.
