Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot quickly to meet needs
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and support the team
• Communication Skills: interact effectively with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math for dispensing, dosing and inventory

• Physical Demands: capable of standing, lifting and moving items up to 20 lbs
• Team Management and Leadership: lead, delegate, empower and coach pharmacy staff
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
