Weis Markets is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager in Maryland to lead the in-store pharmacy, ensure accurate prescriptions through Drug Utilization Review and QA, and drive script growth via immunization programs and MTM where available.

You will supervise pharmacists and staff, train and coach team members, manage inventory and cycles, and provide excellent healthcare counseling to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy required.
• Immunization Certification required (APhA or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises pharmacists and pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Ensures accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions via Drug Utilization Review and QA compliance with regulatory standards.
• Drives script growth through immunization programs and MTM when available; works with district managers on inventory and stock to meet demand.
• Maintains department security, handles customer issues to build trust and loyalty.
• Manages inventory, cycle counts, and will-calls to customers; aligns department tasks to measurable metrics.
