• Drives pharmacy profitability and growth opportunities.
• Coaches and develops pharmacy staff for peak performance.
• Fosters a compassionate, team-oriented culture.
• Supports recruitment and talent development in pharmacies.
• Reviews KPIs and identifies improvement opportunities.
