Requirements include a PharmD or B.Pharm and Oregon license; traveling up to training is required. Excellent leadership and customer focus are essential to drive growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and license in Oregon.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become.
• Willing to complete LAI Training.
• 2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and cultivates relationships.
• Counsels patients on medication usage, effects, and schedules.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws.
• Leads and coaches pharmacy staff for excellence.
• Drives profitability and growth of the pharmacy.
