Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist leadership experience is preferred and valuable.
• Willing to become a certified immunizer if not already.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state/federal laws.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects and drug interactions.
• Develop and coach pharmacy staff to deliver excellent service.
• Drive clinic partnerships and optimize financial performance.
