Job summary

Genoa Healthcare seeks a Pharmacy Manager in Eugene, OR to lead daily pharmacy operations on site. You will oversee dispensing, patient counseling, and staff supervision, ensuring top-tier care for consumers and clinic partners.

You will drive financial performance, lead immunization services, and recruit strong talent while maintaining compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of employment.
• Certified immunizer or to become one within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience and build strong relationships.
• Serve as expert to clinical staff and meet clinical outcomes.
• Counsel patients on medication use, adverse effects, and questions.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws and company policies.
• Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Oversee financial profitability and identify growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Coach and develop pharmacy staff to meet potential and deliver exceptional service.
• Foster an engaging team environment reflecting core values and culture.
• Recruit top talent for pharmacy roles.
• Review KPI data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Plan workforce and business operations for site excellence.
• Build relationships with community, stakeholders, and clinics to meet needs.
