Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, located in Albany, OR, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager who will oversee daily operations, dispense medications, and partner with clinics to deliver pharmaceutical care services. You will coach staff, ensure compliance with laws, and promote a patient-centered experience at our on-site pharmacy.

Qualified candidates hold a PharmD or B.Pharm and an active pharmacist license in the state, with immunizer certification or willingness to become one within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of which you will be working.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds strong relationships.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and meets with their team on clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and pharmacy policies.
• Performs wellness services such as immunizations and other preventive services.
• Drives financial profitability and opportunities to grow the pharmacy.
