Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to provide empathetic, patient-centered pharmacy consulting and clinical services. You will immunize, conduct drug therapy reviews, manage dispensing, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

You will lead pharmacy staff, optimize workflow, manage inventory, and support transitions toward enhanced patient experience and health services in a store environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in applicable states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including dispensing and compliance.
• Experience with prescription dispensing and controlled substances laws.

Responsabilités

• Counsel patients on medication usage, interactions, and OTC options.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Accurately dispense prescribed medications in accordance with laws and policies.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, staff scheduling, and shift changes.
• Ensure Good Faith Dispensing practices per state/federal rules.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain pharmacy systems knowledge including POS, billing, and records.
