Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D from an accredited school.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, and insurance billing.
• Experience with pharmacy operations and adherence to controlled substance laws.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy.
• Perform dispensing, compounding, drug therapy reviews, and medication management.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with regulations and oversee staff scheduling.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient experience and service quality.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and providers on opportunities.
