Job summary

The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Manager oversees all operational, clinical, and regulatory functions of the federally qualified health center’s on-site pharmacy. This leadership role ensures compliance with State Board of Pharmacy, DEA, HRSA, and 340B requirements while expanding access to medications for underserved populations.

Working with multidisciplinary primary care teams, the PIC drives medication management and safety, aligning with quality assurance standards and HRSA program

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience.
