Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our 100% employee-owned, IDD and behavioral health-focused team. Primary duties include verifying multidose packaging, patient and provider consultations, and accurate data entry.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision, flexible PTO, ESOP ownership, 401(k) match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs.
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers.
• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.
• Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns.
• Administer a variety of injections.
• Participate in medication review committees as needed.
• Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time.

Neighborhood is hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
