Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team in a full-time role. This position offers 100% employee ownership through our ESOP and a schedule of Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM with a rotating Saturday 10AM-2PM.

Responsibilities include verifying multidose packaging, providing consultations to nurses and prescribers, data entry, reviewing therapies and interactions, administering injections, and participating in medication review committees while working with

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Arizona pharmacist license in good standing, or ability to obtain before starting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Neighborhood is hiring a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
• Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers
