Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to be the data partner for our pharmacy and managed care brands. You’ll own the analytics, translate questions into actionable insights, and influence data product decisions for pharma clients.

You will collaborate with editorial, sales, marketing, and client services, build dashboards, ensure data quality with Product Scientists and Engineers, and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or health-related field.
• 4–6 years in data analysis or business intelligence.
• At least 2 years touching pharmacy, managed care, payer, PBM, market access, or life sciences data.
• Track record of analyses that changed a business decision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated analytics lead for our pharmacy and managed care brands, working with editorial, sales, marketing, and client services leaders.
• Translate business questions into clear analyses and push back when questions are fuzzy.
• Own analytics end-to-end: who they are, how they engage, and how that changes over time across sites, newsletters, events, and programs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks; retire unused ones.
• Support client-facing work: campaign performance reporting and audience insights for pharma/payer clients.
• Collaborate with Product Scientists and Engineers on data quality and pipelines in Snowflake.
• Incorporate external data such as formulary and prescribing data; know its limits.
• Write short recommendation memos; explain findings and actions.
• Use AI tools daily to write queries and ship faster; review output critically.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead AI Accelerator workshops.
