Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to be the data partner for our pharmacy and managed care brands. You will own analytics, translate questions into insights, and help shape data products for pharma clients focused on access, formulary, and payer perspectives.

You will work with Product Scientists and Engineers to ensure data quality, define audiences, and build dashboards and reports that influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or a health-related field such as Pharmacy, Public Health, or Health Economics.
• Master’s or PharmD is a plus.
• 4-6 years in data analysis or business intelligence, with at least 2 years touching pharmacy, managed care, payer, PBM, market access, or life sciences commercial data.
• A track record of analyses that changed a business decision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics lead for pharmacy and managed care brands, working with editorial, sales, marketing, and client services leaders.
• Translate business questions into clear analyses.
• Own analytics for pharmacy and managed care audiences end to end across sites, newsletters, events, and programs.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks; retire unused ones.
• Support client-facing work: campaign performance reporting and audience insights for pharma and payer clients.
