Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to be the data partner for our pharmacy and managed care brands. You’ll own the analytics, answer questions, and help shape data products for pharma clients focusing on access, formulary, and payer perspectives.

You’ll work directly with editorial, sales, marketing, and client services leaders to translate questions into analyses, build dashboards, and measure impact across sites, newsletters, events, and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or health-related area; Master's or PharmD is a plus.
• 4–6 years of data analysis or BI experience with pharmacy, managed care, or life sciences data.
• Proven record of analyses that influenced business decisions.
• Experience turning questions into actionable insights and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated analytics lead for pharmacy and managed care brands, working with editorial, sales, marketing, and client services leaders.
• Translate business questions into clear analyses and push back when questions are fuzzy.
• Own analytics end-to-end: audience definitions, engagement, and dashboards across our sites, newsletters, events, and programs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs; retire unused ones.
• Support client-facing reporting and insights for pharma and payer clients.
• Collaborate with Product Scientists and Engineers on data quality and pipelines in Snowflake.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to AI Accelerator initiatives.
