Qualifications

• Associates degree required; two additional years of experience may substitute for degree.
• Four (4) years of pharmacy technician experience in a high-volume pharmacy or logistics environment.
• One (1) year of progressive leadership/management responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross functionally.
• Leadership skills including training, coaching and conflict management.
• Ability to apply problem-solving methodology to logistics and service schedules.
• Ability to research and use novel platforms for problem solving.
• Strong analytical and process management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate updates, priorities, and expectations to support team performance.
• Oversee daily workflow, schedules, staffing, and workload distribution.
• Address performance or attendance concerns in a timely manner.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Ensure pharmacy workflow processes comply with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Resolve issues to minimize patient or customer disruption.
• Maintain patient records and delivery logs.
• Provide reports to finance and leadership on delivery cost reduction performance.
• Ensure routes maximize deliveries and drivers are trained.
• Maintain vehicles and keep them clean and orderly.
