Job summary

Independent Health is seeking a Supervisor of Logistics and Fulfillment to lead the logistics, transportation, and fulfillment functions across all activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective delivery operations.

You will oversee team performance, workforce management, and cross-functional partnership with pharmacy and operations leaders to optimize workflows and support a seamless patient and provider experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Four years of pharmacy technician or logistics experience required.
• One year of progressive leadership/management responsibility required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate operational updates, priorities, and expectations to support team performance.
• Oversee daily workflow, staffing, and workload distribution to ensure efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Ensure pharmacy workflow processes comply with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Maintain delivery logs and patient records; oversee delivery metrics and routes.
• Provide regular reports to finance and leadership on delivery costs and performance.
• Address performance or attendance concerns promptly and consistently.
