Job summary

Americare seeks a Pharmacy Liaison to act as the operations bridge between our Tampa Bay pharmacy and partner ALFs/SNFs. You will lead onboarding, manage ongoing facility relationships, and perform field QA checks to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth medication operations.

The role requires LTC pharmacy experience, CPhT certification is a plus, and frequent travel within the Central Florida area. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in LTC pharmacy or healthcare facility operations.
• Familiarity with e-MAR systems and LTC workflows.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician credentials are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for ALFs/SNFs and manage facility relationships.
• Perform field QA audits on carts, E-Kits, storage, and MAR docs.
• Troubleshoot delays, refill bottlenecks, and billing issues.
• Educate staff on pharmacy processes and regulatory best practices.
• Ensure continuous, seamless pharmacy operations across Tampa Bay.
