Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Orlando is seeking a proactive field-based professional to manage customer relationships and coordinate between facilities and pharmacy operations in the Orlando area. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, problem solving, and cross-selling Guardian services.

You will work under supervision, travel across designated territories, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on long-term care pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Sales, or Marketing) preferred.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Call and visit current customers to enhance relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Educate staff on changes in orders pertaining to cycle medications.
• Act as liaison with pharmacy operations to maintain high service levels.
• Cross sell Guardian services to non-clients when opportunities arise.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team and facilities to retrieve census updates.
• Document returns for timely credits and inventory updates.
