Job summary

Americare seeks a Pharmacy Liaison to bridge our Tampa Bay pharmacy with Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities. You will lead onboarding for new ALFs/SNFs, manage ongoing facility relationships, and perform field QA across the Central Florida region.

You will troubleshoot order delays, billing issues, and workflow bottlenecks while educating staff on regulatory best practices, medication administration protocols, and e-MAR usage. Travel daily to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in LTC pharmacy, healthcare facility ops, or health system account management.
• Strong ALF/SNF regulation knowledge, e-MAR systems, and LTC workflows.
• CPhT or LTC Account Exec/Nurse Liaison preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and willingness to travel daily in Central FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility onboarding for ALFs/SNFs, coordinating chart migrations, e-MAR integrations, staff inservices and initial delivery setups.
• Serve as primary contact for DONs, facility admins, and wellness directors to ensure ongoing service and rapid issue resolution.
• Perform regular on-site QA audits at partner facilities—check med carts, E-Kits, temps, disposal, MAR documentation for compliance.
• Troubleshoot order delays, refill bottlenecks, and billing/adjudication with pharmacy teams and nursing staff.
• Provide education and workflow guidance to facility staff on processes and deadlines.

## Pharmacy LiasionApply: Not Remote: Brooklyn, NY: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R-101198**Job Description:**Our Tampa pharmacy is seeking a proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Liaison to serve as the key operational bridge between our pharmacy and partner healthcare facilities.
