Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Learning Lead, Non Sterile Compounding to oversee training operations across compounding areas. This role manages scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and compliance while maintaining floor presence to support teams.

The position requires a CPhT, 2+ years in compounding, and strong facilitation skills to ensure GDP and USP standards are met in a regulated environment. Hybrid workplace and varied shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and GDP.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
• Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts for a 7-day operation.
• Strong knowledge of USP 797, 795, and 800 standards and cGMP regulations related to training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned operational areas.
• Remediation and retraining sessions to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
• Develop and maintain the training schedule in coordination with site leadership.
• Maintain training records, track completion rates, and ensure GDP/compliance alignment.
• Support audit readiness with up-to-date training records for regulatory reviews.
• Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report on training completion and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps.
• Audit tenured associates to ensure competencies are met continuously.
• Maintain floor presence to retain process knowledge and identify training gaps.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer programs to empower SMEs and supervisors.
• Create and update training materials ensuring content is current and compliant.
• Communicate daily with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other teams on priorities.
• Engage associates to foster a strong safety culture.
• Support operational workflows by contributing to path and process tasks when training needs are fulfilled.
• Ensure all training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board requirements.
