Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in good standing (state).
• 2+ years of related retail pharmacy experience.
• Openness to ongoing education as needed.

• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions and documents.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model the pharmacy team to minimize customer wait times.
• Develop, implement and promote sales plans and initiatives.
• Perform duties of a registered pharmacist per state laws and company policies.
• Direct staff to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Manage third‑party profitability, rejections, and audits.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs.
• Maintain all pharmacy records required by laws and policies.
• Promote public health initiatives and disease state management.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Supervise and coach direct reports with performance reviews.
