• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Reviews and dispenses prescribed medications ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversees pharmacy workflow, staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintains pharmacy IT systems knowledge and supports staff and patients.
