Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and current licensure in the district states.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience including dispensing, recordkeeping, compliance and insurance billing.
• Experience with pharmacy software and technology systems.

Responsabilités

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and OTC options.
• Performs dispensing, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; oversees staff scheduling and workflow.
• Maintains Good Faith Dispensing practices with state/federal laws when filling prescriptions.
• Collaborates with Store Manager to identify new business opportunities and improve operations.
