Job summary

You will assist with daily operation, inventory, and customer service across pickup, drive-thru, and phone channels, while complying with state regulations and training requirements.

The role requires 1–3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, a willingness to travel within the market, and commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements where applicable.
• Minimum age 16 if not addressed by the state board.
• Licensure or certification requirements vary by state; follow local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, counts, and returns-to-stocks where permitted by law.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist immunizations and other services as trained.
