CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our retail pharmacy team. The role focuses on mentoring the pharmacy staff, triaging pharmacy tasks, and supporting Pharmacists to deliver compassionate patient care.

You will be expected to balance efficiency with accuracy, supervise day-to-day activities, and ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• PTCB National Certification and licensure requirements as applicable by state.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Strong customer service orientation and compassionate care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to educate them on CVS services and products.
• Assist Pharmacists with daily tasks and pharmacy operations.
• Coordinate training and development of support staff with field team.
• Support medication order processing and ensure accuracy in workflow.
