Qualifications

• Pharmacy license (in good standing) required in operating state.

• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and pharmacy laws/guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, fill, and dispense prescriptions accurately and professionally.
• Lead and oversee pharmacy technicians and interns as needed.
• Maintain pharmacy records, inventories, and regulatory compliance.
• Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications, interactions, and storage.
• Manage inventory, orders, cycle counts, and ensure safe storage of products.
• Maintain clean, compliant, and well-stocked pharmacy department.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager on issues and program improvements.
